As a Shopify Web Designer and Developer at www.depictiona.co.uk, my primary responsibility will be to design, develop and maintain the website to ensure a seamless user experience for our customers. I will also be responsible for setting up our Etsy store, performing product research, listing products and creating product mockups to showcase our products to our customers.

In addition to my e-commerce responsibilities, I will also manage our social media channels, with a focus on increasing our followers and engagement. With my exceptional social media management skills, I have previously gained 1k+ followers in just a month.

I will also be involved in general ad hoc tasks, supporting the team as needed, and designing graphics such as branding and mock-ups to showcase our products and enhance our visual identity.

In 2022, I worked as a Fraud Analyst at Teleperformance, where I specialized in account security and claims. My role involved handling both inbound and outbound calls related to bank fraud transactions, as well as filing and disputing claims on behalf of our clients.
